Buoys are vital in securing waterways and often act as standardized aids to navigation (ATON). Curd Buoys products are designed to provide years of service with minimal care. All of our buoys are made with an extremely durable ABS plastic outer shell – the same material used for football helmets – and are filled with USCG approved closed cell polyurethane foam, making them the best on the market. They have an encapsulated concrete ballast that gives our buoys the unique ability to self-regulate debris build-up, as opposed to externally ballasted buoys, which are often damaged. The low profile mooring attachment point contributes to a sleek design that increases longevity and leads to an overall maintenance-free performance that is unmatched. We offer many options to customize your buoys, including the addition of reflective tape for high visibility. Many of our products can be fitted with internal radar reflectors, supplementary side eyes and pick-up eyes, and marine solar lights for increased visibility.
